Last year when I decided to open a general dental office in the Denver metro area while still working in Texas, I knew that finding a knowledgeable and effective real estate agent would be crucial due to the fact that I had a lack of understanding of the local market. Starting the search with my first real estate agent turned out to be an extremely frustrating, time consuming, and costly experience. I had to travel back and forth many times to see sites that did not meet my criteria, and got stuck in negotiations that weren’t fruitful after several weeks.
