Colin Carr has over ten years of commercial real estate experience and has successfully negotiated over 600 lease and sale transactions throughout Colorado.

Colin has negotiated deals ranging from 400 to 160,000 square feet and has represented some of the healthcare industry’s leading professionals.

Colin’s experience, market knowledge and work ethic have allowed him to create a substantial track record of negotiating the most favorable terms possible for his clients. He focuses on building long-term relationships and always putting his clients’ interests first.

Colin and his wife, April, have two children, Carter and Layla.

Christian Gile

Christian Gile has nine years of commercial real estate experience and has personally completed over 300 lease and sale transactions throughout Colorado. He exclusively represents dentists and physicians as their broker for leases and purchases throughout the greater Denver metro area.

Christian is passionate about maximizing his clients’ success through commercial real estate. He works to understand his clients’ needs, negotiate on their behalf and place them in locations that will greatly increase their profitability.

Christian is a Colorado native raised in Fort Collins. In 1998, he graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs with an emphasis in Biology. He served in the Air Force on active duty for 10 years and currently resides in Denver.

Christian and his wife, Kimberly, have three children, Caleb, Luke and Hannah.

Roger Hernandez

Roger Hernandez has four years of commercial real estate experience and has successfully completed over 150 lease and sale transactions throughout Colorado.

Roger works diligently on his client’s behalf; always looking out for their best interest and negotiating to make sure his clients receive the most favorable terms possible.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Roger has over 15 years of experience in sales working for and alongside multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Roger and his wife, Tammy, have four children, Hope, Isaac, Luke and Ethan.

Kevin Schutz

Kevin Schutz joined the Carr Healthcare Realty team in 2010 with over 13 years of experience in dental-related sales and project management.

Having been involved in over 700 Dental transactions, Kevin has an extensive understanding of how the best location and financial terms directly affect the bottom line.

Kevin is a Colorado native and has lived in Northern Colorado since 1988. He graduated from Colorado State University in 1992 with a degree in Wellness Management.

Kevin and his wife, Mary Kathryn, have four boys, Mackynzie, Matthew, Michael and Mitchell.

Andrew Mondy

Andrew Mondy spent twelve years directing logistics, finance, marketing, communication and technology in the non-profit sector prior to joining the Carr Healthcare Realty team as head of operations. During that time he has helped to lead both large organizations as well as successful startups.

Andrew is skilled in optimizing unique scenarios with complex competing priorities to create innovative solutions for his clients.

Andrew graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing.

Andrew and his wife, Darci, have three boys, Preston, Carson and Titus.
